From what I was told last year,if you score a buck on a late hunt after the contest has been held you can enter it the next year.

I have seen the first place winers on a personal Facebook page not sure if the watering hole will post them on there's if they have one!

And yes it is true. If your hunt starts after, or if you get your buck after the contest, then it is eligible for the next years contest. fatrooster.
