Big Game Hunting Booklet

Perhaps someone out there from california can help me. Im thinking about trying to do a blacktail hunt but I would like to get more information about it and other hunting opportunities california has to offer. How can I acquire the 2008 Big Game Hunting Booklet? I tried to find online where I could order it but had no luck. Can someone please help! Thanks in advance.

Wyo- The number to California Fish and Game (that is what it is called here) is 916-227-2271. The proclamations/regulations have not been sent out yet and probably won't be for a month or so.
