Here's my take on goat drawings: If you really want to hunt Mtn. Goats, save the money and do it (find an outfitter you like in AK or B.C.). The draw odds in the West for this species are some of the steepest around (Or in the case of CO, you have to apply for 3 years before being eligible to draw). The amount of money to apply for all the goat drawings would get you close to a quality goat hunt in B.C. Also, a guy may be able to find a outfitter willing to deal in this economy.
