Started out with all the remaining large white mushrooms, sliced up and sautéed. Then some chopped onion, sliced and diced bison hump, sour cream and cream cheese, plenty of red wine. Smooth, creamy, and delicious!! Perfect over rice, with garden peas and a salad.
