My sister-in-law has a ranch outside of Lusk and they have found 3 bucks that have been killed by blue tongue. They are not seeing any whitetail on there place i am sure there are more that they haven't found yet.

Just got home from the Lusk area,and it is really bad! The Mule Deer are very skinny and they are dying from disease. The drought, the worst in decades has also really been devastating to the Antelope fawns as well. If the winter is bad,it could takes many years to have a huntable herd. Very sad to see..
