Book Cliffs Elk Guide

Hello, Im a non resident and am pretty close to being able to draw an early rifle elk hunt in Utah. I would like to know any recommendations you all have for the best elk guys for the Book Cliffs, both roadless and the other unit. I would like someone who is honest and hard working and will be fun to hunt with. Thanks
