tots are just bit sized hash browns, Duh
no it looks good enough to eat
But I got one better, sorry no pic available I couldn't wait and ate it all before I found my stupid phone.
Fried eggs perrfect yoke you know the kind, with northern new mexico red chili (hot) with pork meat, day old pinto beans, crispy taters (hash browns if you want) and fresh tortillas or sopapillas.
Heres the kicker when you pop the yokes you sprinkle jerky dust on the yoke (real old school hung on the percha, salt and pepper with red chili powder dried outside in the barn, garage JERKY)
dip you tort or soap in the yoke and OHHH man heaven, the only way it could get better is if you were in hunting camp or outdoors on the fire with great company and no worries about anything at all.
