Brisket Birria Tacos

Did up a brisket on the smoker on Sunday for the game and tried something a little different with the leftovers Monday night.
Followed an online instant-pot recipe for leftover brisket birria tacos. It was a fairly seamless process and was a huge hit with the family. Will definitely be running this one back the next time I have leftover brisket or pulled pork!

Looks good, I do the same with pork butt (much cheaper) and even venison front shoulder.
