I'm looking at buying Brunton 8.5x 43 Epoch binoculars. I live in Idaho, and long range glassing is the rule. Was wondering if anyone has any feedback on these, Thankyou...

I have the Brunton 10.5's. I used them on 3 hunts this year and have had no issues with them. They pick up low light conditions very well and are not hard on the eyes. The only thing I don't like are the plastic lens covers. I refitted with neoprene covers. I wear glasses and the plastic pop-ups were no good. Other than that they are first rate. I have the 8x30 Swarovskis and the Bruntons are just as good, in my view.

Ive got the brunton 15x51 binos...I used them all hunting season and have been using them for shed hunting this year....they pick out the fine details from what I have seen....helping especially with the horn hunting!
I would say that they are just as good as the higher quality optics for half the price....once you get past a certain clarity you cant tell much difference anyway!
