I'm getting ready for the annual hunting trip and was pulling ammo. When looking through my .338 mag ammo I found I had bought two boxes of this Buffalo Barnes Supercharged .338 ammo.
They are .338 Mag 225 grain TSX Barnes bullets, but it also states that these boxes are Supercharged and will get 2950 FPS/ME 4347 ft. lbs. This vs the 210 grain TTSX that gets 3000 FPS/ME and 4196 ft. lbs.
Has anyone shot these? how was the performance did it help with bullet drop at longer ranges? How was the groups at the range?

Not those In particular but Buffalo Bore makes very good very consistent ammo that is usually loaded pretty hot compared to some factory loads.

If you plan to use that ammo on a hunting trip, you will need to take a box to the range and find out how it preforms in YOUR rifle. That will answer most of your questions hopefully.
Bullet drop should be close to the 210 gr. load.
