Butcher in Meridian or Nampa

A couple of years ago I had an elk cut-up at a butcher shop in either Meridian or Nampa and I can't find their card. It was my first time in that area and that is why I'm not sure what town I was in. Anyway, I do remember that they raised and sold Buffalo. Dones anyone know of this place? I had a good experience but also, what do you think of them?

I have used Custom Butcher in Garden City and was pleased, their snack sticks are like crack...lol
