Cabela's Super slam or Outfitter's fleece parka?

Hey guys, after freezing in Colorado this year, I think it's time I upgrade my clothing. Any opinions on Super Slam fleece versus Outfitter's fleece parka? I want it to be warm, but also not take up all the room in my pack, and weigh a ton when it warms up and I have to carry it.

Interested to hear your thoughts and opinions...

Im sure there's lots of ideas out there, i have my own having worn both.

Here's what i did to figure out what would work best for me.

I ordered every jacket and shirt and coat I though I might want (put on CC). They arrived and I went through them, being careful not to remove the tags or damage the goods, and then sent back to cabelas what I did not want, kept what I did want.

I did find that the newer coats and jackets run small, i could hardly get my hands down the sleeves of the large outfitter silent stalk fleece parka, I ended up with a XL.
