cahnging a unit on an application

If you submitted and payed for application you will have to cancel the app and start all over. In the past you did not receive a refund until the draw results came out but this year It refunded my card the next day. Hope this helps

I think you may not receive a refund on the APPLICATION FEE, although not positive about that.
