Camera Question

Guys-

I have an Olympus SW 720 waterproof/shockproof camera and now see they have a 10 MP SW 1030. Is the difference between 7 and 10 MP worth the upgrade?

(I do submit articles on my hunts now and then and have had one published.)

the simple answer, NO. . . .


The question is do you need a new camera, or maybe asked another way, is the camera you now own doing the job you need it to do?

If the answer is yes, keep it and wear it out. . . if it's NO, consider upgrading. MP is the last reason I'd upgrade in your situation. . .

I agree. the only real advantage of the 1030 is the fact that instead of 10' under water it goes 33' and has a 28mm lens. If neither is important to you then stick with what you have
