This was in Yellowstone....pre wolf ????

n the 80s we went into one of the arms of the Yellowstone with scouts and found dozens of elk sheds we had them piled up then a ranger stopped into check on us boy did he give us the ass chewing of our lives. Guess we weren’t supposed to disturb them lol good thing we were Boy Scouts or I think he would have hauled us to the clink lol

You can for sure but some of my best trips have been hiking in. We had an epic trip last spring, walked 12 miles back and found more antlers than we could carry after 2 hours...

Wow! I found a moose shed....once. One time. Once. That is a load. I find a lot of elk antlers, but never moose, except of course that one time I found one once. That's pretty awesome! I gave the one I found to a friend and he carved it for me.
