Ok guys i have a question for you....I was out this weekend in 13 and was on forest rd 354E. It makes a nice little loop, now about a mile or two into the rd there is a small small patch of private land. If you're not specifically looking for it on the map it's really hard to miss. Everything around it is green and there's a little tiny patch of white. So the forest rd runs right through it and there's a locked gate. Can he (the landowner) lock this gate and cut access to this road?
Can he lock the gate?

As it is a designated Forest through road, I would say no. But if the F.S. never set up 'right away' then the LO is fully within his right.
