Charlie Rangle said " If a young fellow has an option of having a decent career or joining the Army to fight in Iraq, you can bet your life he would not be in Iraq. Those who have the least opportunitys find themselves in the military." If that is not the most despicable quote excluding John Kerry's quote I have ever heard in my life. How dare that scum bag degrade our troops in such a way. That is not only dispicable and disgracefull it is an out and out lie.
Here are a few facts for you lefties:
1. 97% of recruits are highschool graduates compare that to just 80% of the general population.
2. John Kerry once said "the military was to become that of the poor, the black and the brown." Well on the poor front 87% of our military make over $30,000.00 and as far as race goes we it broken down like this 13% black, 14% other and 73% white.
3. In order to be an officer you must have a college education. Now how is that fit in to the less opportunity catagory.
To bottom line it the left as Clinton so eliquintly put it "Loaths the Military"
