Cheap Steak n eggs breakfast

Found this steak at the tail end of its shelf life for 6$ At the little local ma and pa shop. Anyone else check the near expired hot sale old steak bin religiously like I do? Was a helluva nice change of pace than the Shiras swamp donk chorizo in the deep freezer. Paired well with some blanched spinach and sautéed onion to off set the Colorado Municipal h2O and some light reading.

Breakfast of champions! We found some NY Strips on sale at our local grocery this past week as well. Full market price is insane on some of the meats.
