I have been looking on-line for collapsible pack frames to carry in my day pack and was wondering if anyone has used one and if you have any comments on them, positive or negative.

The ones I have found were the Rhino and the Quickpacker.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Nino

Hi Nino!

I have a take-down pack frame from Rocky Mountain Pack Systems and it is great! You can see them at:
http://www.highcountryhunting.com/products_rockymtpacks.php?UID=2004070814123764.68.82.178

The company also has a website, but I'm not sure of the address. The pack I have is the Rino, I think you can find them for right around (or under) $100. There are no nuts or bolts and it is very solid and comfortable (for a take down). It folds up and fits nicely in a stuff bag that will fit in your day pack.

Good luck!
Corey
