Colo Springs game processor?

Anderson meats is a pretty big name in the Springs. I use a place in Simla, east of town a ways. It's worth the drive IMO.

I don't use a processor, recommend you do it yourself. That way you know the exact quality of meat you will be getting, the exact amount of burger, steaks, roast, sausage, jerky etc... that you want/prefer.
You know for sure it is yours and you get it "all" back, plus it is way cheaper.

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?

I know everything you mentioned is true, but I don't have the time to learn to cut it all up (if I happen to get one on the ground). The processor I used a few years ago gave you back everything - hide, bones, head, legs in addition to double wrapping the meat. Unfortunately, they are out of the processing business now...

It really is simple, if you'd like when I cut my elk and deer up you can come over and check it out to see. I live in the springs.
Easy enough to identify the steaks, burger etc...

I'll use Ted Baker out in Peyton if I don't have time to do it myself.
