Hi, Guys. We are coming to Colorado for Archery Elk. We were planning on hunting the last 9 days of the season ending on September 27th. The reason for going the last week of the season was to hear the bugling. My nephew now thinks we are going to late. He thinks we should be out there by the 10th and hunt until the 20th. Well this won't work for one member of our group who is in a wedding he is the best man in on the 12th. My question to you guys is this; if it were you and you had to be back for the wedding on the 12th, and you wanted to be hunting when the bulls were bugling and chasing the cows which option would you choose:
Option #1 - hunt the beginning of the season until the 10th of September?
Option #2 - be out there after the wedding on the 14th and hunt until the 23rd.
Option #3 - just stay with our original plans and go the last 9 days.
Thanks, for you advice.
Dave
