Colorado Unit 34 Mule Deer

Looking for some more information on unit 34 for mule deer second season. All of the posts I'm seeing say there's very little access to this unit and there's little to no deer. Is this still the norm? Thanks for the help!

Yes and yes! I recommend stopping at Doc Holidays in Glenwood and getting sh#t faced the night before the opener. Good chance a local will give you a spot or 2 to try out the next day.

???? That is a real possibility. Stopped in there for a burger with my cousin passing through that area. I had no idea what kind of joint that place was till I was already biting into my burger n heard some pretty strange conversations going on around us. Don't know if I've ever ate a burger faster trying to hurry n get out of there.

Looks like there is plenty of access if you get off a vehicle. As far as deer. Harvest results for last 4 years look dismal

Looks like a good unit to go hiking with a rifle n not get to use it lol
