I had a friend that said he is going to stop eating out for lunch. He does not trust the food handlers to be clean.

The same people are harvesting and packaging the food on the grocery store shelves. Frankly if I worked at a walmart I would be terrified of the people who come in.
I didn't see a choice for "be more careful with what you order". I think it might have a lot to do with that, and I'm staying away from buffets and salad bars. My "social distancing strategy" is to stay away from other people whenever possible, same as always.
