Saved all those wonderful rib bones from yesterday's rib-eye score at the grocer. Made sure to leave quite a bit of meat on them. 50 minutes in the Insta-Pot on high pressure, then finished in the oven with the tater tots for last 10 minutes. -5 degrees outside, so passed on the grill!!!
