Cow elk app withdrawn ???

So my cow elk app was withdrawn this year. Only way I could see why would be i did not return my harvest survey from last year. Would that be it or another possibility?? And would i still get a point if it said withdrawn then unsucccessful???

I dont think a harvest survey is required on antlerless is it? I've seen them rejected, but not withdrawn. Maybe was the hunt withdrawn?? Sounds strange to me.

I know I've not completed some of my harvest surveys but still gotten tags. So that can't be it.

I had my doe antelope app withdrawn as well.

Rather than speculate, Just call them and ask why it was withdrawn.
