Cow Elk Hunts

Are there any good cow elk hunts that Would start anywhere from mid November through December? And how hard are these draws? Appreciate any help. Thanks

With a landowner tag, you can start in August and go to the end of January, often you can pick these up for less than 500.00 and sometimes as cheap as 50.00 or free if you know the right landowner.
Most of the tags you draw for are for the time period you are looking at as well, they typically are not too difficult to draw, some units more than others but there are usually cow tags that go under subscribed in the draw.
