The girls didn't like anything I proposed, so we settled on some beef pot pies for them, and I fired up the oven. I had a bunch of shrimp and cod thawed out, so decided on fish and shrimp tacos (w/ Cole slaw) for me. While they were in the oven, the oldest male child shows up from Sun Valley, on his way elk hunting. Has an Albertson's bag filled with beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions and says he's craving pot roast before he heads into the mountains, and leftovers for sandwiches!!! And he only wants it medium rare! Where's the Insta-Pot??? Damn good thing that ice cream is a universal size, and hot fudge sundaes fit everyone.
