Crested Butte, Carbondale, Aspen packer, taxidermist, meat processor

Hey guys, I'm hunting Unit 43 for mule deer on an early September archery hunt and I've got a buddy who's going to pick up an elk tag and tag along. We are starting to make plans in case we get lucky and tag out and wanted to know if anybody has a recommendation on a 1) meat processor, 2) taxidermist, and possibly 3) someone to pack out an animal in that area of the state?

You will have to figure out who has the Forest Service permit to operate in the area you are hunting. I don't know exactly where that is, but I do know snowmass creek outfitters operates in 43.

There's one in Redstone that will work in 43. Nice guy, but I'm bad with names, but I think it is Redstone Outfitters.
