Just to clear things up ..

They are not bombs, they are capsules where a spring loaded plunger administers the cyanide.

The use was never suspended this just continues to authorize the use thereof, and the 28 fairly tight use restrictions.

If the dog owner can't read gate signs and placement signs, or doesn't keep his/her dog under contact then there are training capsules (pepper) to train the dog not to mess with them.
