Declaring a new holiday

I am officially declaring the month of April as the official ##### and Moan month. So go right ahead and keep complaining about what you didn't draw and how its so unfair.

Better hurry, there are only a few more days left of this national holiday!

Maybe if we all cry hard enough we can extend this holiday into May as well.

(And no, I didn't draw my elk tag either. Boo-hoo, poor me)

Wyoming takes to long to tell us NR's if we drew deer or lopes!! Whaaa!
