New to the dedicated hunter program here in utah this year. Can I still put in for limited entry deer draw? What happens to the hours for this year if I draw?

yes you can still put in for the LE draw. If you draw a LE tag you have to turn your DH tag in for that year. if you have not completed your hours for that year they wont send you your DH tag. Im not sure on hours but i know you would have to do all your hours that they require to get your DH tag the following year.
