I figure I was in the same "pool" as you for my 1st choice.
15 total NR tags
6 in the special license pool
9 in the normal license pool.
You bought the special license, but not with max points, right?
I'm no help on where to go - I did look at quads and such. Have all the 7.5' maps downloaded to my 'puter.

Just applied for the regular full price deer with max points. I have hunted area g a couple of times in the past (passed up a nice buck a few years ago hoping for something bigger). Last year I got a nice mule deer in area a. Good luck with the draw in the future. Will be willing to share info with you about my hunt. Where you from? I current live in NV. Got drawn here and in CA this year. Going to be a busy year.
