Deer unit 16

Has anyone got some info on hunting this unit for mule deer. I know that you can hunt the national guard base, but is there other people who let you in. Not against paying reasonable trespass fees but as a last resort.

I live right here. Not many deer and very little access. I hunt elsewhere in our Wyoming. Guard camp is OK, but it gets pounded pretty hard. I'd rather go to some of your old haunts like the Black Hills or the Snowies.
