I'll be looking for that issue. Have you ever read the book Wildlife Conservation Policy compiled by Valerius Geist and Ian McTaggart-Cowan? It's a real good read.

I had the pleasure of sharing a banquet table With Valerius Geist at a FNAWS banquet. He is not only a genius for wildlife but a true gentleman. He has been around the world and has some very captivating stories. It was a pleasure.

I have Dr. Geists book "Mule Deer Country" and must say, it is one of the best books I have ever read.

I would love the opportunity to hear him speak.

I saw him speak at our wild sheep banquet a while back. Informative and entertaining. A friend who works for the game department ran into him while hunting deer locally and said he spent the whole afternoon at the man's camp just listening.
