With other states applications coming due much sooner and the somewhat relative predictability of the draw by points in California I was wondering if there is anyway to access the draw odds from last year the stats that show how many with max points applied for what zones etc. Typically it is in the big game book but I did find teh tag quotas in a link I have never found before.
