East Idaho Deer Winter Kill- Bad!

I've been hearing from a turkey hunter who started April 15th there are "hundreds" of dead deer along the S. Fk of the Snake River. Those are the 67/65/64 deer that took it in the shorts 2007/2008. Anyone seeing this, too?

Winter kill is EXTREAMLY BAD this year...check out some of the previous Idaho posts. There was a IDFG Manager that posted a few days ago..It is real bad all the way to the Utah border.

They got hammered for sure... but seeing plenty of live ones up there as well. Not a whole lot of whitetail winterkills mostly young muleys.
Has anyone seen my kittie?

Depressing to say the least, sure glad we won't miss out on any "opportunity". What was already bad just got worse, and for how long is the biggest question?
