Easter Gift

My daughter give us an Easter gift yesterday.
Kadence Jade was born at 4:01 pm and weighed 7 lbs 1 oz.
She was having some difficulty breathing on her own and is
in ICU at UVRMC. They took the respirator off this morning and
she is breathing on her own now. She has some other issues and will probable be there for a week or so.

Congrats to you and the wife on the Easter Baby, I too was born on Easter Sunday at 4:30AM but different month and day and year to just clear that up for some wise guys here, especially eelgrass. LOL

Hope that she has no problems and goes home soon.

We were able to hold her for the first time last night.
She is doing great.
I did make one mistake though. Her name is spelled Cadence.
Oh well, this 39 year old grandpa must be going senile.

Grandkids are perty cool, I jus' got my fifth about 3 weeks ago.
Yea... I said 5... 'an I'm still young!!
Right now we have two 2 year old boys,(cousins) they are such a hoot, one minute they are hugg'n, next minute they're just whale'n on each other, then back to best buds again...

My daughter came home yesterday. The baby should come home this weekend while I'm out Turkey hunting.
