Easy to get around in Sheep Areas?

I have a couple of family members who don't get around so well anymore but still want to hunt (if they can pull the tag). I've seen some sheep in the SE Whitehorse unit, I believe the hunt is Upper Owyhee? Are there any others?

Sheep and easy hunts don't really go together as you know but some are easier than others.

I've sen rams in pretty easy country like the Trout Creeks, Beatys Butte and Riverside. these aren't the highest quality units but I guess if you can't hunt the rough country it would be better than nothing.
