Economical Game Processors in Utah

I've always butchered my deer in the past, but am thinking of taking this years harvest (mule deer) to a game processor. Any recommendations on a game processor, preferrably in the utah or salt lake county area? And what am I looking at as far as cost? I understand it varies on what I get but just kind of a ballpark.

I usually have taken my stuff to Springville Meats, but this year could not get my bull into them and ended up taking it to Carson's in American Fork (by the Costco).

They did a really good job and had a great turn around time with very reasonable prices. May be worth a look.
