Hi I'm new to this forum. I'm a video editor in Idaho and I got a call in January '04 from this guy Kyle Kimball wanting my help editing a muley hunters video he had shot himself. I said "right" not expecting much, "bring it over and let's talk".
Now I am not a hunter, though I've lived around you guys since moving to Idaho 12 years ago. I was so impressed by what Kyle had shot and what an amazing stalker he is and how he got it on tape, that I agreed to work with him on this project. He had such a clear idea of what he wanted and how it would all fit together that he made it easy for us to work together on the digital editing. We really had fun when it got around to putting the soundtrack and music over the video. Magic.
I could probably fall into what Kyle would call the Treehugger category. I now have a very different respect for what you all do and how you do it. I hope you will get a chance to see his dvd or video. It is called "Slammin' Mulies" and some of you who were at the Salt Lake show last week probably got to see it. I hope he has great success with it.
