Elk Hunt Options

I am looking into an elk hunt and would like your thoughts on these hunts/units.

Late Rifle Hunt: Unit 23, or 27.
Archery Hunt: Unit 5BNorth, or 8.

Weapon makes no difference to me, I just want a quality hunt and get the most out of my years of getting points. I like the extended range of rifles, but don't like that the bulls may be quiet and tucked into some rough little hole, broken antlers, and a lot of hunters. I like the idea of archery and the rut, but archery equipment has a limited range.
Anyone have any experience with these units or hunts?
Thanks

I've done both a late rifle hunt and the rut archery hunt. I killed big bulls on both, but for the experience theres nothing like an Arizona elk hunt in Sept.

This would be a very easy decision for me. 5B North archery elk. Nothing is quite like chasing screaming bulls in September.

8, non-res.
Due to some scheduling conflicts that just came up, we are going to get another point this year and go for the archery tag next year or in 2014.
Thanks guys.
