MOTEL 6 is a dump....tooo many loosers using that place and it is not taken care of by managers.

How about Restuarants? Any Basque equivalents of the Star in Elko?

NO...Basque food like Star's there in Ely.

There is a good Mexican restaurant just up the street from the main drag thru town headed east out of town, it is on the left (north side) of street and is or was all white paint in color outside. Use to be a good American food place till they sold out.

I stayed at the Bristelcone once. It's not the Four Seasons but I can't say I had any complaints. It is in town near a couple restaurants. It has a decent Mexican restaurant across the street within walking distance.
