Does anyone have an estate/trust attorney they would recommend in AZ?
My Grandmother recently died, she was near 100.
A year ago the executer died and the attorney for the estate took it over, and he is 90.
Anyway this SOB is at the very least jerking me around. He said I would get paid over a month ago and then keeps saying that the letter and the checks will be mailed out tomorrow. The excuses are that he is 90 years old and retired and his secretary no longer works for him and is busy and she lives 20 miles away.
Anyway, I need to consult with an attorney to find out what to do. Yes, I know fun.
