expo tag question?

I am an out of stater. So if for some reason the hunting gods shine on me and I draw an expo tag do I still have to pay for the permit? or is it that I put my $5 in and heres your tag? I think that I have to pay for the permit I just couldn't find any info on their site on this. thanks

Yes, you still have to pay for the permit. The state will send you a voucher to send back with the funds.
