Expo tag vs sportsman tag ????

Lets say a person has a sportsmans tag for say Mountain Goat.

He enters the expo tag for Moose and gets lucky and draws a Moose tag.

Can a person have both tags in the same year ????

Or would they have to choose between the two tags ?

It was only the 2nd time I have applied for Goat. Last time was 2008.
