Just wondering what you guys use as far as an external pack frame for hauling meat/quarters. I'm 6' 4", and hoping to spend no more than $125-150 but will consider everything. Thanks.

This is above your spending limit, however I feel it is the best external frame pack and that is the Hard Core Hunt Pack by Janssens Adventure Outfitters. The pack runs about $330.00 and it will haul as much as you can handle.

Kelty Cauche Hauler is perfect! Has built in wings to hold the load and a sturdy shelf. $100 and good to go.

I have the Kelty as well, and it can carry more than I am willing to load it with. Love it, one of the best purchases I have made. Scott

Look at the Cabelas Alaskan Outfitter frame, very solid and you cant beat the Cabelas return policy if something goes wrong. I have a Kelty and its great but the buckles are an area of concern as my buddy and I gone through 6 in 2 years.
