They had entire Prime-grade Eye of Rounds at the warehouse store for $3.99/lb. An entire one for less than thirty bucks, wow!!. Sliced up and marinating half for fajitas, and did the bigger portion as a roast. 60 minutes in the Insta-Pot with red wine, carrots, celery, mushrooms, garlic and onion, and S&P. Mashed taters and fresh baked bread topped it off. Yummy, and the leftovers are so tender they will be fabulous sandwiches.
