Fall Draw Utah/New Mexico Elk.........

I'm currently looking to start building points for the elk hunts in New Mexico and Utah as a non-resident. If anybody woud be willing to give info on the license fee, elk tag fee, and generally how long it would take to draw a top end tag? Any info would be greatly appreciated. New Mexico has no point system. if you want a quality tag in Utah you better be pretty young, it will take years. look at huntodds.com and you'll get some idea of what you're up against.
