father son hunt. need some info.

well im proud to say that the wife gave the ok to let me son off school for a week to go out and hunt. It will be his first out of state hunt andi was wondering if someone could give me ideas on were to hunt. i was looking at region F because i have family that lives there. but otherwise i am open to suggestions on what otc tags to purchase. we are looking to head out the middle of october. any help would be great thanks.

What are you planning on hunting? I am not sure if there are OTC deer tags available but give the F&G a call or check there web sight. On the left of MM home page there is a link you can follow to their sight. Good luck.

we are going for muleys. just looking for a decent unit were we can see a bunch of deer and get a buck. not lookinf for anything big a nice 3x3 would do just fine.
