I feel for the family but in no way is the state to blame for the boy's death. I also feel the judgment against the USFS was wrong for the same reason the 4th District judge gave in his decision.

I could not agree more. It is nice to see that there is a judge that has his head on straight. The $1.9 million awarded earlier was comlete BS.
